ClicktoJam LLC Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Use together with any documents incorporated by reference herein, govern, among other things, your use of ClicktoJam LLC All-In-One Commercial Platform website, any applicable mobile application offered by us, and any other site on which these Terms appear, and any related features or products and services, including, without limitation, the purchase and sale of products and services, whether as a guest or a registered user. By accessing or otherwise using services, or otherwise agreeing to these products and services, you agree to be bound by them. ClicktoJam LLC may revise the Terms, information, services, and resources from time to time, and ClicktoJam LLC reserves the right to make such changes without obligation to notify past, current, or prospective visitors. Your continued access or use of the products and services after changes have been made, among other things, constitutes your acceptance of any new or amended Terms. Throughout the products and services and these Terms, the terms “we”, “our”, and “us” are referring to ClicktoJam LLC, this site, including all information, tools, and services available from the products and services to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms. For no evidence shall ClicktoJam LLC be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of any use of the information contained herein.
These terms contain dispute resolution provisions that include an agreement to mandatory individual arbitration and a waiver of Class action and jury trial rights, which affect your rights. The Class action waiver means you agree to proceed with any claim or dispute individually and not as part of any Class, collective, or representative action. You agree to be bound by these dispute resolution provisions. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury, and there is less discovery and appellate review than in court. Please review these provisions carefully. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the parties regarding your access to and use of the products, services, and features of the projects. By placing your order, signing off on your project, and installing the software, products, and services, you will then confirm that your project is complete. When these options are made available to you, (i) you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, and (ii) accept these Terms and agree that you are legally bound by these Terms and any other terms or policies incorporated by this reference.
Payment Processing
We use a third-party payment processor service. Each project has its own financial processing program. The processing of payments will be subject to their terms and conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processor, in addition to these Terms. ClicktoJam LLC is not responsible for these financial transactions, the security of your financial information concerning these transactions, or any errors by the payment processor. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any unauthorized charges or other breach of your financial information and security.
Returns and Refunds
ClicktoJam LLC will not accept returns or refunds on the products or services. The sale purchase is a final deal. You may be eligible for a refund at the sole discretion of the merchant (applicable to telecom and software products only). If the merchant decides to give a refund based on the individual circumstances underlying each request, it will be processed via the payment method used to place the order. Please allow at least four weeks for the refund to be processed. Refund time may vary depending on the terms and conditions of your payment method's issuer.
